Prices per week (no VAT payable)

including all gas and electricity,bedding and towels.High chair and travel cot available at no extra cost.

Short breaks available (minimum 2 nights) at approximately 1/7th weekly price per night.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is payable on booking, with the balance (price less deposit paid) payable six weeks prior to commencemnet of the letting. Any lettings booked within six weeks of commencement are payable in full on booking.

Cancellation more than six weeks prior to commencemnt of letting will incur no further charges.In the event of a cancellation within six weeks of commencement of the letting where we are unable to re-let the property for the cancelled period at the same price, we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the difference between the balance paid by you and the amount at which we have re-let, as follows:-
cancellation 4-6 weeks prior to commencement 50%
cancellation 0-2 weeks prior to commencement 100%

While we do not charge for minor breakages etc (cups, glasses, minor spillages) we would expect you to pay for replacements or repairs of any damage of a more significant nature .

Ivy Cottage welcomes families and is suitable for children of all ages. We operate a No Smoking and No Pets policy.
